Thanks to its high dispersion properties, it can remove wax, oil and dirt from the fibres in the bath. It keeps these suspended and prevents them from settling back onto the fibres.

The foam volume of DYK-WET ECO has been minimised. Furthermore, thanks to the emulsion, it increases the fibres’ dye absorption capacity and improves dyeing uniformity.

DYK-WET ALH is suitable for turquoise dyeing and extraction systems. It has been designed with optimised wetting and hydrophilicity properties.

It is a universal washing and wetting agent for all textile products. It is a wetting agent that exhibits wetting effects in both cold and hot baths.

It is resistant to alkalis, acids and hard water.

Its foaming properties have been minimised.

It is compatible with enzymes.

Thanks to its high dispersing properties, it can remove wax, oil and dirt from the fibres in the bathroom. It keeps these suspended and prevents them from settling back onto the fibres.

The foam volume of DYK WET TGC has been minimised.

DYK-QUEST FG is used in textile pre-treatment and dyeing processes due to its high dispersion, ion-binding capacity and water-softening properties.

As it has a non-foaming formulation, it can be used easily in jet-type machines.

DYK-QUEST FG disperses water-reactive substances and prevents them from precipitating on the fabric. It does not affect ions that may contain metal complexes such as chromium and copper. Consequently, it has no adverse effect on the dyeing process.

DYK-FOAM KKB can be used easily in all types of machinery (jet, overflow, etc.). It is a product that can be easily diluted.

It has a high anti-foaming effect in systems rich in surfactants.

It provides excellent foam control at temperatures up to 95°C.
It has rapid foam-suppressing properties.
It provides long-lasting anti-foaming effects.
It disperses easily in hard water.
It is durable under both acidic and alkaline conditions.
It is compatible with various surfactant concentrates.

When cotton yarn or fabric that has undergone alkaline processes such as pre-treatment, bleaching and dyeing is neutralised with formic or acetic acid, a permanent neutral pH cannot be achieved on the fabric. These acids evaporate at the drying temperature, and the pH rises due to the sodium acetate remaining on the fabric.

Furthermore, these acids neutralise the alkali close to the yarn surface and cannot reach the centre. The alkali at the centre migrates towards the outer wall during the drying and storage period, causing the surface pH to rise. As acetic and formic acids are volatile and leave no residue on the yarn surface after drying, the alkali migrating from the interior raises the surface pH to an undesirable level. As is well known, high alkali levels;

increase yellowing during the fixation process of PES/CEL fabrics. It causes itching and allergic reactions on human skin.

Dyk-Lube ZY is resistant to pre-treatment and dyeing baths. It exhibits excellent resistance to high pH levels, salinity and temperatures.

It prevents fabric abrasion by forming a thin film on the fibres.

It prevents fabric tearing and abrasion marks.

It does not prevent the chemicals used from penetrating the fibres.

It is used as an anti-crease agent in the dyeing and washing processes of woollen and knitted woollen, cellulose, polyamide, polyester, acrylic and blended fabrics.

Hydrogen Peroxide has several advantages over other bleaching agents. But the rapid decomposition of Peroxide during bleaching can cause serious problems. It is accepted that this decomposition increases with light metal-containing impurities from water or fiber.

DYK-STAB ST is an organic stabilizer and does not contain silicate.

DYK-STAB ST provides excellent stability even in peroxide bleaching solutions containing high amounts of metal-containing impurities.

DYK-STAB ST provides perfect whiteness.

The peroxide breaks down at low temperatures and pH levels, enabling the reaction to take place. This will reduce energy and electricity costs.

It is used to ensure the dye penetrates the fabric more effectively and to achieve a uniform colour.

It removes dirt and grease from the fabric’s surface, thereby enabling the dye to interact more effectively with the fabric.

It ensures that ions such as iron, which may be present in the water, remain suspended in the water, thereby acting as an ion scavenger.

Due to the low temperature and minimal use of caustic agents, the fabric suffers less wastage and achieves a better handfeel.

Innovation

Science-Driven Solutions for Modern Textile

Innovation at Dyekim begins in our in-house R&D laboratory, where our team continuously develops and refines formulations to meet the evolving needs of the textile industry. Our Dyk Pad nano technology represents a new generation of dyeing auxiliaries, engineered for precision, efficiency, and reduced environmental impact. With three integrated laboratories (R&D, Dyeing, and Quality Control) operating under one roof, we move from concept to production faster than the market standard, giving our partners a measurable edge.

Sustainability

Responsible Chemistry for a Better Textile Industry

Sustainability is at the core of how we formulate, produce, and deliver. Dyekim holds GOTS certification for organic solutions and adheres to ZDHC standards for zero discharge of hazardous chemicals, two of the most rigorous environmental benchmarks in the textile chemistry industry. Our Dyk Pad nano technology line reduces water and chemical consumption without compromising color fastness or performance. We believe that a cleaner production process is not a trade-off; it is a competitive advantage.

GLOBAL VISION

From Türkiye to the World

Founded in Türkiye and growing across the Middle East and Africa, Dyekim is built for the demands of the global textile market. We supply dyeing chemicals and finishing solutions to manufacturers across multiple continents, combining local production expertise with an internationally oriented mindset. Our export network continues to expand as we develop partnerships with textile producers seeking reliable, certified, and technically advanced solutions, no matter where they operate.

PREMIUM QUALITY

Uncompromising Quality
at Every Stage

At Dyekim, quality is not a final check; it is built into every step of production. From raw material selection to the last batch leaving our Velimeşe OSB facility, our Quality Control laboratory continuously monitors outputs against strict international standards. With a zero-defect manufacturing principle and a monthly capacity of 1,120 tons, we deliver consistent, repeatable results that our B2B partners can rely on.
