During the dyeing of cellulose fibres, DYK-EGAL CFT improves the dye migration properties, ensuring consistent, smooth results every time. Dye baths or scarf trays containing DYK-EGAL CFT do not cause colour loss or shade variations in the product. It can be used seamlessly with all types of dyes. It can be used in all dyeing machines. (In systems that create turbulence, such as batch and continuous dyeing, DYK-EGAL CFT acts as a dispersant, preventing dye build-up and stopping dye stains from forming on the textile material. It increases the solubility of reactive and direct dyes. It eliminates marks caused by differences in the origin and quality of cotton and viscose, which become visible as a result of dyeing. It enables the dyeing of raw cotton or blended fabrics without the need for pre-treatment. DYK-EGAL CFT possesses ion-trapping, softening, dispersing and anti-licking properties. By eliminating differences in affinity on the fabric, it ensures homogeneous and reproducible dyeing.
DYK-BUFFER LIQ is an alkaline buffer developed to control the pH during reactive dyeing.
In distilled water, the pH is adjusted to approximately 11.2 using soda.
However, groundwater contains 150–500 ppm of bicarbonate.
Bicarbonate has a buffering effect during dyeing and lowers the pH of the dye bath.
At the end of the dyeing process, the pH will be between 10.4 and 11.0.
DYK-BUFFER LIQ is therefore a newly developed alkaline product designed to counteract the adverse effects of bicarbonate.
Compatibility with the chemicals used in the facility must be tested. It improves dye penetration and abrasion resistance. DYK CARRIER ECO is a non-toxic, eco-friendly carrier.
As it does not cause foaming, it can be used in all types of machinery. It is also suitable for dyeing PES fabrics at 120–130 °C under pressure, at a concentration of 0.5–1.5 g/l, depending on the colour depth.
DYK-FIX OF significantly improves the wash and water fastness of cotton and viscose fibres dyed with reactive dyes. It is formaldehyde-free and can be used safely on baby clothes.
DYK-FIX OF does not impair the fabric’s hydrophilic properties; during the softening process, the softener is easily absorbed and the fabric becomes softer.
An acid donor that maintains a constant pH in the solution during the dyeing process of fibres made from polyamide, wool and blends thereof, using acid/metal complex dyes.
It is non-foaming.
It is reproducible.
It maintains the bath pH at 5.
Lab – process; improves colour reproducibility.
Process – process; improves colour reproducibility.
Suitable for use with all colours, including light colours.
As it remains within the pH range of 10.6–10.8, it forms excellent covalent bonds.
It ensures we achieve maximum yield from the dye.
As strong covalent bonds do not break under pressure, it prevents colour migration after fularing.
As it can be easily removed during washing, the pH can be lowered with ease. It reduces the number of wash baths by at least one.
It reduces acid consumption during washing.
It increases resistance to wear and tear. Particularly in fabrics that are constantly in motion or under excessive tension, it reduces the fabric’s tension, allowing it to soften in the machine and begin to move more freely.
It is an auxiliary chemical that ensures the dye is distributed more evenly across the fabric surface.
It is a chemical that must be used to prevent dye-related stains, surface imperfections, bleeding and dye settling.
It prevents the adverse effects of rapid heating and cooling during the process.
